At creativegifts, we take great pride in our handcrafted aromatic candles. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we are here to help.
Return Eligibility
You may return candles that meet the following criteria:
- Item is returned within 30 days of delivery
- Candle is unused and unlit
- Original packaging is intact and undamaged
- Proof of purchase is provided
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Used or lit candles
- Candles without original packaging
- Custom or personalized orders
- Items marked as final sale
- Gift cards
How to Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team at admin@creativegifts.world with your order number
- Receive a Return Authorization number and shipping instructions
- Package the candle securely in its original packaging
- Ship the item to the provided address
- Keep your tracking number for reference
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- You will receive an email confirmation of receipt
- We will process your refund within 5-7 business days
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process the refund to your account.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your candle for a different scent or size:
- Contact us within 30 days of delivery
- The original candle must be unused and in original packaging
- Exchanges are subject to availability
- Any price difference will be charged or refunded accordingly
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective candle, please contact us immediately. We will:
- Request photos of the damage for our records
- Arrange for a replacement at no additional cost
- Provide a prepaid shipping label for returns if needed
Please report any damage within 7 days of receiving your order.
Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of:
- Damaged or defective products
- Incorrect items shipped
- Returns by members with free shipping benefits
Membership Subscriptions
For candles received through membership subscriptions:
- Monthly candles may be exchanged for different scents
- Contact us before your next billing date to make changes
- Subscription cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period
International Returns
For orders shipped outside the United States:
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
- Any customs or duty fees are non-refundable
- Please allow additional time for international shipping
